during these tough economic times it would be best to go with the single axel
dump truck.

(Radiological Emergency Response Plans) that was discussed at the last

board had used the plans several times during EOC drills and they could verify
the thoroughness and accuracy of them.
He also felt any mistakes within the plans had been worked out during the
drills.
MIKE COURTEMANCH MADE THE MOTION THAT THE BOARD ACCEPT AND RATIFY THE
RERP AS WRITTEN AND PRESENTED TO THE BOARD.
LYNDA STARORYPINSKI SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION CARRIED WITH 4 AYES AND ONE ABSTENTION (MIKE BALL).
Bob Miller spoke of a discussion he had with
members of the Farmland Protection Committee.
The committee explained that they are short committee members and are
having a difficult time accomplishing all that needs to be done. They asked that the selectboard make an
announcement stating anybody willing to volunteer to be on the Farmland
protection Committee to please contact Mike Zaluzny.
Mike Courtemanche was questioned about the
selectboard survey. He indicated that
only two departments had submitted questions for the survey and stated that the
other departments probably had not been notified about it. He would contact the other town departments
to see if they had questions they wanted included.
