VERNON SELECTBOARD

SPECIAL

 MEETING

WELCOME AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

At 6:34 pm Chair Mike Courtemanche called the meeting to order, welcomed those present and led in the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

IBPO-ROBERT DICKSON

Mr. Dickson presented the Board with a contract for their review. The Board looked over the contract in its entirety page for page and made their comments and corrections. Mike Courtemanche will check on some information with Sally about Life Insurance and other policy items. Mr. Dickson will correct the contract and send it via e-mail back to the Board. The contract will be for 1 year and then can be updated for a three year contract.

The Board thanked Bob.

           

CHRIS HOWE MADE THE MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION ON A PERSONNEL MATTER, WHICH THE DISCLOSURE OF AT THIS TIME MAY BE DETRIMENTAL TO THE TOWN AND/OR THE INDIVUALS INVOLVED. MIKE BALL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED.

 

Mike Courtemanche stated that the Board went into executive session a 7:58 and came out at 8:20 with no action taken.

 

LEN HOWARD MADE THE MOTION TO ADJOURN. CHRIS HOWE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED.

           

 

 Adjourned @ 8:21 PM.
