WELCOME AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
At
Mr. Fairman asked the Board about what the cost would be to continue to
retain the Lobbyists, and what they were going to do. Mike Courtemanche stated
that they would go into executive session to discuss those items, but that the
lobbyists are there to protect the interests of
CHRIS HOWE MADE THE MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION ON A
CONTRACTUAL MATTER WITH SMITH & MILLER, LLP LOBBYISTS ON A CONFERENCE CALL,
WHICH THE DISCLOSURE OF AT THIS TIME MAY BE DETRIMENTAL TO THE TOWN AND/OR THE
INDIVUALS INVOLVED. MIKE BALL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED.
Mike Courtemanche stated that the Board went into executive session a
Chris Garofolo asked the Board if they could comment on the plan of
action the Lobbyist’s would take on the sale of the Yankee plant. Mike Courtemanche conveyed that they just needed to be all in the same
page. The Board will wait for the Lobbyist’s contract and continue to move
forward for the up coming legislative session.

MATTER, WHICH THE DISCLOSURE OF AT THIS TIME MAY BE DETRIMENTAL TO THE TOWN
AND/OR THE INDIVUALS INVOLVED. LEN HOWARD SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION
CARRIED.
Mike Courtemanche stated that the Board went into executive session a

MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED.
